CWO Appoints New London Manager

CWO Managing Director, Bernard Burns, is pleased to announce that with effect from 1st April 2008, David Baily will re-join the business.

His principal role will be London Manager and he will have overall responsibility for the London operations.

His other responsibilities will be to work with me on developing our strategic and operational improvements to the Business, especially high value residential.

For those who do not remember David, he joined CWO from Osborne in 1992 and left in September 1997.  Since then David has held senior contracts management positions with large, international construction companies.

David will hold a senior management position in CWO and, like other members of the senior management team, will report directly to me.
