David Baily Joins CWO Board

CWO is pleased to announce that David Baily has been appointed to Operations Director as of July 2009. David, who previously held the position of London Manager, will be working with CWO to help grow the business and position the company as first choice for Principal Contractor within the refurbishment and restoration field.

David has a long history with CWO, working within the organisation from 1991 - 1997 before moving into main contracting; he returned to the company in April 2008 and recently headed up the successful £4.5 million restoration of the London Monument, funded by The City of London.

With 21 years experience in the construction industry and a solid management background, David’s plans include improving efficiency and looking at ways of increasing flexibility by expanding the company’s core skills and training staff in a wider variety of different trades, allowing CWO to take on more Principal Contractor work.

Bernard Burns, Managing Director, CWO, commented: “David has been appointed to the board to help strengthen CWO and drive the business forward to our next stage of strategies, we were very pleased when David rejoined CWO and to be able to offer him this role is a real step forward for the company.”
