Ecclesiastical Work » St Joseph's Chapel, Brompton Oratory

The London Oratory is a famous Roman catholic church finished in 1884, popularly known as the “Brompton Oratory”.
The architecture style of the church is deliberately Italianate. In the apse of the chapel, CWO has constructed a new Baldachino consisting of six classical columns of Yellow Scagliola with capitals and entablature in French Richemont Crème limestone.
The Venetian 17th century marble angels were cleaned and mounted on a pedestal to either side. The statue of St Joseph was removed and cleaned and reinstated upon completion.
